Our Mission

To orchestrate suicide prevention efforts by engaging agencies and people, and by identifying and addressing gaps with the goal of reducing suicide in Montezuma and Dolores County.

Our Vision

A community cultural change will bring light to the myth around suicide. All community members in SW CO will have access and easy connections to the resources they need to continue living life in a thriving, welcoming, and stigma-free community.

Our Values

Hope • Gratitude • Inclusivity • Respectful collaboration • Honesty of our intentions • Innovative and creative thinking • Trust between agencies and people.

It takes a community to build a safety net of support for those at risk of suicide. We can’t do it alone. We need your help!
